Being freelance while we raised our kids allowed great flexibility and required me to wear many hats!

My diplomatic management approach provided prescriptive direction to global agencies and marketing teams that mitigated risk while being constructive, positive and efficient. I mentor designers towards their best work in an iterative world, coaching their careers in directions they aspire.
